Started by both Jake Crull and Cole Russell - We saw a gap in personal training where players were consistently training 1:1 with coaches privately, but weren't making an impact on the field...but why?
Because there was so much emphasis on physical/technical development, and not enough emphasis on their mental development...
At AMGC, we start with improving your mental game and IQ of the game so that the training that you do can translate onto the pitch.
Jake is new to the Boise area. He currently plays for AC Boise in USL League 1 and has been a professional for the last 6 years. He is excited to get started coaching the Boise family this spring and plans on making that introduction easy.
The next few months will be group coaching (only) - There will be 1-2 sessions a week for various age groups (u8-u10, u11-u14, & u15-u18) There will be no single sessions available for purchase. Each session will be $40 and they will be sold in 5 session packages ($200).

We believe that details matter. We hold players accountable to the small things that build the foundation of a high-level player. This starts with your technique. Developing the right technique in all areas of the game creates muscle memory and leads to consistent execution.
You do yourself a disservice by training slower than your games. We believe that every training session builds either good or bad habits. The way you train is the way you play. As Pep Guardiola said, “If you train badly, you play badly. If you work like a beast in training, you play the same way.”
Show me two players with the same size, quality, and understanding. One goes pro; the other doesn’t. The difference? MENTALITY. Your mind is more powerful than you think. We challenge our athletes in these areas and give them tools to build their mental game.
We want our players to set the standard and lead their teams. Character is a big part of this. We challenge our players to have integrity, courage, and a learning mindset. Soccer will not last forever, but who you are will. We’re here to build leaders and professionals.

If you aren't located in Boise or Lansing, but still want to receive training then shoot us an email and we can coordinate online training options and what that can look like for you!
Yes! In addition to 1:1 private training, there are options for small group training that may be more cost effective for families!
Each session is 1 hour. Small group sessions can be longer, but that will have to be coordinated with your coach!
The age that we suggest for personal and small group training is 9+ years old. If you are younger than 9 , we will have various camp options throughout the year that you can check out. See our main website for more details.
